Application for registration as registered suppliers

Method 1: Regulated Electrical Equipment Information Management System (REEIMS): (Link)

Step One–Registration of REEIMS Account
After entering the system, click "Do not have a user account? Register Now". You are required to fill in the following information and upload the following documents:

1. Company particulars
2. Copy of valid Business Registration Certificate
3. Completed "Agreement to Use Regulated Electrical Equipment Information Management System" (for new supplier registration)
4. Copy of the Certificate of Registration as Registered Supplier issued by the EPD (for existing registered suppliers)

Step Two–Registration as "Registered Supplier"
After completing Step One, we will send you an invitation email. Please click the link in the invitation email to complete the registration of a REEIMS Account, and then follow the instructions given by REEIMS to fill in the following online forms:

• Application for Registration as Registered Suppliers or Change of Address (REE-1) and Information on the Brand Names of Regulated Electrical Equipment (TREE-1)

And then upload the following documents onto the system:

1. Copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate
2. Copy of the owner's valid Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID Card) (for individual company)
3. Copy of valid HKID Card or passport for individual partners (for partnership company)
4. Copy of the representative's valid identity or travel document (for overseas companies)
5. Copy of documents showing that the applicant is/will become a supplier. For example, copy of authorizing agency for all individual REE brands, or record of importing REE in the last 12 months, or documents showing import of REE or participation in exhibition of REE in the next 12 months, or other documents as appropriate.

Method 2: Duly complete the following specified forms and submit them together with the following supporting documents

1. Duly completed specified form – Application for Registration as Registered Suppliers or Change of Information (REE-1)
2. Copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate
3. Copy of the owner's valid Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID Card) (for individual company)
4. Copy of valid HKID Card or passport for individual partners (for partnership company)
5. Copy of the representative's valid identity or travel document (for overseas companies)
6. Copy of documents showing that the applicant is/will become a supplier. 7. Duly completed form – Information on the Brand Names of Regulated Electrical Equipment (TREE-1)
