Starting from 1 August 2018, a seller of Regulated Electrical Equipment (REE) should have a removal service plan endorsed by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) and arrange statutory removal service. The application for endorsement of removal service plan is free of charge, and should be made by one of the following methods:

Step 2: Apply for Endorsement of Removal Service Plan
After completing Step 1, we will send you an invitation email. Please click the link in the email and follow the instructions given by REEIMS to fill in the following online forms:

Method 2: Duly complete the following specified forms and submit them together with the following supporting documents

In general, the endorsement of removal service plan will be issued by the EPD within 10 working days upon receipt of an application and all necessary documents and information.
