From 1 August 2018, a supplier must have been registered as registered supplier with the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) before distributing regulated electrical equipment. The application is free of charge, and the methods are as follows:
Method 1: Regulated Electrical Equipment Information Management System (REEIMS): (Link)
Step One–Registration of REEIMS Account
After entering the system, click "Do not have a user account? Register Now". You are required to fill in the following information and upload the following documents:
Step Two–Registration as "Registered Supplier"
After completing Step One, we will send you an invitation email. Please click the link in the invitation email to complete the registration of a REEIMS Account, and then follow the instructions given by REEIMS to fill in the following online forms:

In general, a "Certificate of Registration as Registered Supplier" will be issued by the EPD within 10 working days upon receipt of an application and all necessary documents and information.
