WEEE · PARK consists of 5 zones, including Exhibition Corridor, Unloading Bay, Buffer Storage, Processing Hall and Dashboard Area. Equipped with interesting visual design, interactive games and animation demonstrating the importance and impact of disposal of WEEE to the environment and human health, visitor can witness the operations of the facility through designated viewing gallery in WEEE · PARK to understand the recycling and treatment processes of WEEE, as well as the importance of turning waste into resources.

Notes for Tour Reservation and Visiting:

  1. The Centre provides Docent Service. All tour groups will be guided by our docents throughout the visit.
  2. Advanced booking is required. Free visit is not allowed.
  3. All applications are required to make at least 7 to 90 days prior to the date of visit. The application result will be notified via email within 3-5 working days from the date of receiving the application form.
  4. Application is processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
  5. Date and time opened for visits: (4 sessions of Docent Service per day. Approximately 1 hour per session.)
    > Session 1: 9:30am to 10:30am
    > Session 2: 11:00am to 12:00nn
    > Session 3: 2:30pm to 3:30pm
    > Session 4: 4:00pm to 5:00pm
    > Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays
  6. Any incomplete, insufficient or incorrect data may affect the processing time and the outcome of the application.
  7. No transferable of the approved application.

  9. Cancellation of booking should be made 1 working days prior to the date of visit by email to WEEE · PARK. Late cancellation will be regarded as absence.
  10. Applicants shall arrive on time. Late arrival for more than 30 minutes is regarded as no-show.
  11. The decision of WEEE · PARK shall be final for the approval of application. If the applicant violates the above provisions or provides false information, WEEE · PARK reserves the right to cancel any approved application or to request the applicants to change the date and session of visit.
  12. Visitors have to arrange their own transportation to and from WEEE · PARK. 1 coach parking space and a few parking spaces for private vehicles are available in WEEE · PARK for visitors to use. Visitors who would like to use parking space have to provide the car plate number to WEEE · PARK for registration at least 1 working days prior to the date of visit, otherwise no reservation can be made.
  13. Photography, video or other recordings of any kind, including but not limited to, relating to or for media or commercial purposes are strictly prohibited in WEEE · PARK unless with prior written approval.
  14. For security reasons, WEEE · PARK is monitored by CCTV surveillance.
  15. There are no restaurants and vending machines in WEEE · PARK. Visitors have to bring their own drinking water.
  16. Smoking, eating, drinking, littering, chasing and shouting is strictly prohibited in WEEE · PARK.
  17. Do not write on, mark, soil or damage any exhibit, installation, wall or facility.
  18. All visitors to WEEE · PARK enter at their own risks. WEEE · PARK shall not be held liable for any accidents and/or personal injuries, howsoever caused, during the use of the facilities.
  19. All visitors are required to submit Health Declaration Form before entering WEEE · PARK.

How to get there:

Visitor who travel by public transport to WEEE · PARK can take the MTR Bus K52. After get off from MTR Tuen Mun Station exit C2, visitor can interchange for MTR Bus Route K52 (operated between MTR Tuen Mun Station and Lung Kwu Tan, with bus stops at Tuen Mun Town Centre, LR Sam Shing Stop, Tuen Mun Ferry Pier, LR Butterfly Stop, and River Trade Terminal). Please get off from the bus stop "Shiu Wing Steel Mill" , then walk to the entrance of the Eco Park and enter WEEE · PARK. The average travelling time from MTR Tuen Mun Station to EcoPark is about 30-45 minutes. Please visit the MTR Corporation website for details.

Visitors have to reserve syfficient time for transportation and arrive on time, as it takes considerable amount of time to travel to WEEE · PARK. Late arrival does not entitle to time compensation.

Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above: 
WEEE · PARK will be closed and remain closed if the signal is lowered at or after 12pm. All the affected sessions will be cancelled without prior notice.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal:
If the signal is issued during normal opening hours, WEEE · PARK will remain open. If the signal is issued before opening hours or the signal is lowered at or after 12pm, WEEE · PARK will be closed and remain closed and all the affected sessions will be cancelled without prior notice.

Personal Data Collection Statement

The personal data provided by means of the Application Form will only be used for processing and follow up the application for Docent Service. Unless otherwise specified, WEEE · PARK will retain the information for 3 months. Under Section 18, 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants may request for an access to and/or a correction of their personal data provided in the application form. Applicants have to lodge a written request, quoting the application reference number, to WEEE · PARK (Mailing address: ALBA Integrated Waste Solutions (HK) Ltd., Lots P2-P4 of EcoPark, 133 Lung Mun Road, Tuen Mun Area 38, N.T.).
